But did you know just one cup of spinach is over 300% of your daily recommended Vitamin A? Sweet fuck. You worried about acne? Wrinkles? Any other skin shit? Spinach to the mother fucking rescue. That shit keeps your skin looking so fresh and so clean, not to mention helping to prevent skin cancer. Spinach has these plant-based compounds called “flavonoids” that not only repair damaged skin but also fight multiple types of cancer. Everybody knows I ain’t even fucking playing when it comes to dick cancer, I gotta have my shit in tact.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IF YOU SMOKE&lt;/strong&gt; cigarettes (&lt;em&gt;tumblr crew I’m looking at you&lt;/em&gt;), DO NOT take any Vitamin A or beta carotene supplements. Studies have shown that combining those supplements with tobacco drastically increases your risk for lung cancer. But then again, smoking drastically increases your risk for lung cancer. So quit that shit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You want to make this shit at home and tell Jamba Juice they can go fuck themselves by not paying for their high calorie sugary shit? Recipe below for a Thug Kitchen Original:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SPINACH COOLER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ectoplasm free and Dr. Venkman approved&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 handfuls of spinach (about 2 cups)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 frozen bananas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 cup chopped and skinned cucumber&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4 medium chunks of pineapple&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 cup coconut water or tap&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/4 cup orange juice&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 tablespoon flax oil (optional)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6-8 mint leaves (optional, but I dig that shit)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;yields ~20 ounces&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Toss that shit in a blender and zap it. If you prefer it a little sweeter, add some more pineapple to that shit. &lt;strong&gt;DRINK UP, CHAMP&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Seriously though, fuck Jamba Juice. Only they could make smoothies as unhealthy as McDonald’s made oatmeal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cauliflower crust&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;As some of you have been asking for the cauliflower crust recipe, I decided to write it down; I hope this helps.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1)&lt;/strong&gt; These are the ingredients I used: cauliflower, eggs, carrots and parsley. Of course you can skip the carrots or the parsley or even add other things.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2)&lt;/strong&gt; Shred the cauliflower, watch out for your fingers, it might hurt a little.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3)&lt;/strong&gt; Shred your carrots and add them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4)&lt;/strong&gt; Cut the parsley to tiny pieces, add eggs, salt and pepper.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5)&lt;/strong&gt; Mix everything well!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6)&lt;/strong&gt; Get your pan and heat up some oil – I used olive oil.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7)&lt;/strong&gt; Fill the mixture inside of the pan, disperse it a little and put the top back on the pan.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8)&lt;/strong&gt; Wait about 8 minutes. As long as your cauliflower crust roasts, you can make a nice cup of tea and cut all other ingre&lt;/span&gt;dients that you want to put on top of your crust, be creative, everything is possible and absolutely delicious!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9)&lt;/strong&gt; Flip your crust -  It might be difficult and about to break – try to use a plate to flip it. Once you’ve managed this, let it roast on the other side for some more minutes.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10)&lt;/strong&gt; Now decorate it with anything you want and enjoy this healthy heaven!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;NO Fast Food&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Weekly 8 mile walk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Complete 30 Day Shred&amp;#8230;20 mins a day, I can spare that&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Do a juice challenge/fast&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quit Macy&amp;#8217;s and find a new job (not fitness related, but it&amp;#8217;s for my mental health)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t want to compile too much on my list right now.  I know I get overzealous at the beginning of each month and end up getting lazy or just ignoring my goals all together.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Only 36 calories per cookie!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 Cup Peanut butter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Cup Sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 TSP baking soda&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 egg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mix the peanut butter and sugar first then add in the egg and baking soda. Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. They’re delicious!&lt;/p&gt;
